We offer a wide range of secretarial,reception and office services to Sanderson Centre occupants and the public.

 Typing and Secretarial

Letters and Reports: First page £5.00
Subsequent Pages £2.50
Thesis, dissertations, reports etc £15.00 per 1000 words
Letters that are less than 10 lines Excluding address and salutation £3.00
Completing standard letters £2.50
Large Requests £12.00 per hr
Desktop Publishing £12.00 per hr
Reprinting typed items 20p per sheet

 Label Printing

Address labels will be printed from disc: (The minimum quantity is 21)

£1.75 per sheet of 21 for upto 5 sheets.
£1.50 per sheet of 21 for 5 to 25 sheets.
£1.25 per sheet of 21 for over 25 sheets
Other labels on request. Price per sheet the same.
Database creation is available on request.

 Reception and Mailing Services

When the post arrives we will sort through and find your post placing it in your pigeon hole where you can come and collect it at your own convenience.

Our staff can take messages for you when you are not there and forward them to you when you return.

 Photocopying Services

We can reduce or enlarge your documents and we can also print on acetate sheets for overhead projection. We have both black and white and full colour available.

The following price list is for Black and White A4 copies.

251 pages to 500 pages per day 5.5p
501 pages to 750 pages per day 4.5p
751 pages or more per day 4p

 Email Services

 Virtual Office Services

We can hold your mail in a mailbox for you to either collect at intervals or have sent on to you.

Accomodation Address

£25 per month + postage (VAT excluded)

 Need a Meeting Room?

Fully Functional meeting room, with wireless internet access, OHP projector and computer link. Refreshments available on request included in the price.

Meeting Room

£10 per hour / £35 per half day / £60 full day (VAT excluded)
